The Le Petit Chef Knife is a high quality 10cm rounded stainless steel blade that perfect for cutting and slicing. The little ring within the knife helps teaches the correct positioning of the fingers when cutting. The handle is made with a beautiful beech wood. 

It also comes with a Finger Guard that protects the hand holding the food being cut. It allows the child to adopt the position of the claw safely. The claw being the position of having the first two knuckles bent and the thumb and little finger holding the food.
